Yes, yes, we all want our children to be in class as much as possible, and yay if they keep their sick-a-thons to weekends and family vacation times. That’s what I used to do.
The flu is plowing through the crowds of students here, and many schools have cancelled classes for entire grades due to high absenteeism.

I’m speaking as a parent and a teacher- If the mucus is green, definitely do NOT send them to school. Also, if they are vomiting, definitely keep them home.
