The recipes are vegetarian. I’m learning about vegan cooking and baking, but oh, I have a long way to go, and it makes more sense for now to point you towards those who know more than I do.
The recipes are geared towards the young ones, in particular recipes young ones can at least help make if not make mostly on their own. Most of the recipes I have tried out in class to find out what the kids think. Sometimes I’m too excited and can’t wait for kid feedback.
I’m a lacto-ovo vegetarian, meaning I include dairy products and eggs in my cooking and baking. I grew up this way and would have to ask my sister or my mom to remind me why my maternal grandparents, who started vegetarianism in the family, opted to become vegetarians. No, I’m not curious about biting into a steak, and, yes, all meat looks the same to me.

I´m really surprised to read your vegetarianism comes way back from your grandparents! I think thats wonderful!!! I´ve been vegetarian since I was born and I think it was one of the best things my parents taught me. Even if I have my own reasons to be a vegetarian now-well, lacto-ovo vegetarian-I think they are all the reasons one can imagine! jiji! Anyway,its nice to find other people vegetarian as well. you dont see much here in Spain!
