Tortilla-Bean Salad

I’ve been in a Mexican food mood lately.

Try this quickie!

1. Find a big microwave-able bowl.

2. In the bowl, gently combine 1 can kidney or black beans (drained), 4 cups tortilla chips, 1 small can sliced green chilies, ½ cup grated cheese, and 1 ripe avocado, peeled and sliced.

3. Heat the salad in the microwave for about 3 minutes before serving.

4. Dig in!
