Harrius Potter (Potterus? Potteri? Potterum?)

If your favorite Harry Potter-reading kid has devoured the series multiple times and can now recite multiple chapters from memory, it’s time to introduce translations.

This is a perfect excuse to check if your other-language-speaking neighbors have Harry Potter on their shelves. Do be kind and offer a similar book or bake blueberry muffins in exchange.

And of course if your Harry Potter kid is taking a foreign language course at school, volunteering to translate a paragraph or two will give that teacher happy new lesson ideas for weeks.
