BGM Sandwiches – Brie, Grapes, and Mint!

This little sandwich idea got lost in last week’s brunch, so I made it last night instead.

Grapes aren’t in season now, which is fine. I think this sandwich will taste even yummier in a few months than it did last night.

Set out the ingredients and get everyone to help, making sure that the person at the end politely refrains from nibbling at the finished products.

For 4 servings:

  • 8 slices whole wheat bread
  • butter for spreading
  • 12 ounces ripe Brie cheese
  • 30-40 large grapes
  • 16 fresh peppermint leaves, chopped

No grapes? Try apple or pineapple.
