StoryCorps: Every Voice Matters

I love oral histories! But I haven’t interviewed anyone since college.

Must change that.

If StoryCorps came to your town, who would you interview?

Regular National Public Radio listeners know StoryCorps, which is a collection of interviews by people all across America. The purpose is to create a collection of voices for the future, and the interviews will be archived at the Library of Congress.

If the StoryCorps mobile recording booth won’t be in your town any time soon, take a good look around for inspiration, check out the Do It Yourself Guide, then start your own pile of interviews.

Hurry, before it’s too late!

Watch Studs Terkel’s comments about The Human Voice. Gotta love the big baby at the end…….
