Slow cooker: French toast and blueberries

I’m stamping my feet a bit impatiently, because I do so want to try this slow cooker brunch recipe, but I’m nowhere near my slow cooker today.

French toast, cream cheese, and blueberries? For breakfast? Oh dear I’ve started drooling again.

Possibly helpful tips:

  • Use day-old or older bread.
  • Make a nice big bowl of fresh fruit salad and chop up some veggies. That way you’ll feel just a wee bit less guilty for making your co-brunch eaters indulge in this calorie extravaganza.
