Cheap Thrills: Breakfast Tortilla

Oooh. I most definitely could eat this no problem for breakfast.

And for lunch.

And for an after school snack.

And for dinner.

Or for supper. (Do you eat “supper”? Or do you eat “dinner”?)

I’d substitute tofu for the egg, though. That’s all.

The problem would be the sharing part. *grin*
