Haiku How-To: Satisfy a Vegetarian

Your haiku of the day:

Press the tofu well
Cut into strips or cutlets
Melt butter in bowl.

That’s the start of how to make blackened tofu.

Leigh’s guidespot to vegetarian cooking, food, cookbooks, and restaurants is written almost entirely in haiku.

Not only are the restaurant recommendations written in haiku, most of the recipe instructions are written in haiku, too! Seriously! Go read the blackened tofu directions to see what I mean!

Be helpful: check out the recommendations that are missing haiku and write those haiku yourself.

…And to think that you wondered back in 4th grade what the point in learning haiku was. (You didn’t, did you?)
