Ready? Unscramble. Play!

So many outdoor games! Which to play right now?

Try this:

1) Collect the names of favorite Family ‘n Friends outdoor games. Collect as many as you can. Repeats are perfect.

2) Scramble the names. (Tip: As below, scramble within each word, not across the whole title. Especially if you have Excited New Readers. Teens? Mix ’em all up.)

3) Copy each game name onto its own strip, card, popsicle stick, etc. and plunk them all into a box.

4) Ready?

5) Tell the youngest to pull one game from the box, and help with the unscrambling.

6) Gallop outside to play that game.

7) Repeat.
